Kick off the year with us at the January Agile Yorkshire Meetup, where we’ll combine our Annual General Meeting (AGM), a Retrospective on 2009, and a relaxed social evening—all rolled into one!

There’s no fixed agenda for the evening, but it’s a perfect opportunity to reflect on the past year, discuss what worked well, and consider where we want to take the community in the future. We’ll encourage open discussions on what you’d like to see from Agile Yorkshire moving forward, so come prepared with ideas on how we can continue growing and evolving together. Expect some conversation around Lean, Kanban, and Systems Thinking, as these are likely to come up as we explore what’s resonated with the group over the past year.

To wrap up the evening, we’ll head to the Christmas German Market (yes, we’re still keeping the festive spirit alive in January!) for drinks and a bit of socialising. It's the perfect way to connect with fellow Agile enthusiasts in a casual setting as we look ahead to a new year of learning, growth, and collaboration. We hope to see you there!
