As organisations scale Agile methodologies to manage more complex systems, ensuring effective testing becomes crucial to maintain quality and meet tight deadlines. The session will cover strategies for integrating testing into the Agile delivery pipeline, aligning testing efforts with business goals, and adapting traditional testing approaches to fit Agile frameworks.
