2016 October Meetup

Tue (06:00 PM - 08:00 PM)

Summary

Join us at Agile Yorkshire for a thought-provoking evening as we explore the intriguing question: is an agile coach really any different from a professional coach? Geoff, our speaker, will dive into this topic, drawing from his book The Coach's Casebook—a book that doesn’t mention agile once, yet is packed with insights that are surprisingly relevant to anyone aiming for agile success. He'll challenge our current understanding of agile coaching and suggest that it might be time for a redefinition. Expect to leave with a fresh perspective on what it truly means to be an agile coach.

Programme

What really is agile coaching?
An agile coach is not the same as a professional coach...or are they? Geoff will explain why his book The Coach's Casebook - a book that doesn't mention agile once - is relevant to those looking to be successful in being agile and why agile coaching as the term is currently understood possibly needs redefining.
