For the last twenty years she has specialised in Leadership Development through group work and one to one Executive Coaching. She has worked extensively cross culturally and in over 30 countries. She knows the difference that ethical leadership can make to people at work and in the world.
Connecting Agile Processes to Business Strategy
Agile delivery micro-ecosystems are well understood, structured, effective and evolutionary. How they link to corporate macro-ecosystems is far less clear.
