Reagility: How To Fix a Broken Agile Implementation
These days there are becoming less 'Agile Transformations' from scratch and more 'Agile Aversion' due to previous failed and expensive attempts. This talk will explore how and why Change Strategies go so wrong and offers practical steps to get back on track with positive business change approaches that apply to everyone in the organisation.

Amy Thompson
After starting her Agile career in humble yet essential ScrumMastery back in 2012, Amy has gained experience of working with Agile practice from the bottom up. Having worked in finance, retail, medical and leisure sectors, her understanding of how different organisations work are essential in being able to know how to help ‘drive to thrive’ when it comes to improving both Organisational and Business Agility. Her understanding of how cultural, technical and operational change need to harmonise are central in her endeavours when helping a business implement positive and lasting change. She is passionate about servant leadership and empowerment and strongly believes that the answers to the questions each Organisation ask are already right there in front of them within their people.
Curating a Developer Experience (for Platform Engineers)
The DevOps and SRE community is focusing on product-focused platform teams, managing platforms, pipelines, and tooling as products to speed up development and reduce complexity. This shift brings renewed attention to Developer Experience, with industry experts debating its definitions and benefits. As a Platform Engineer, how can you enhance speed for your customers? Which aspects of Developer Experience matter, and how do you curate a successful experience? What works, what doesn't, and how do you measure success? Andy, part of the Container Platform squad at Flutter UK and Ireland, has been involved since its inception in 2016. In 2019, he was asked to lead a newly formed Platform Developer Experience team, ensuring a streamlined experience for developers across the business.

Andy Burgin
Andy is a Principal Platform Engineer at Flutter UK and Ireland. He considers himself a Kubernetes and DevRel fettler, spending far too much of his spare time running software in containers that really shouldn't be. He is a small part of the organising team for DevOpsDays London and ran the DevOps meetup in Leeds for almost a decade hosting over 50 events. He’s attended and has spoken at a bunch of DevOps conferences and in his own words is an "all-round DevOps nuisance".
