The Things I Go Back To When Working With Agile Teams
I have spent the last ten years working with agile teams in a variety of roles with remits as varied as supporting stakeholders new to agile, user centred, design led ways of working, building effective teams, building capability for service owners in government, supporting teams to build out a service for a new policy area with multiple parties from agencies, contractors, policy team and other departmental stakeholders plus a bit of delivery. This is a run through of my go to techniques to influence and inspire.

It's Not You, It's Me
Have you considered disrupting your ways of working to improve your teams? I want to talk to you about how as Scrum Masters, in many cases, our focus is on improving our teams, how we can change them, how we can experiment with them, how we can make them more efficient whilst delivering more value, and whether you could make a greater impact by changing that focus.
