Ada Lovelace, a pioneering mathematician, is widely regarded as the first computer programmer for her work on Charles Babbage’s early mechanical computer, the Analytical Engine. Her vision laid the groundwork for the digital age, making her an enduring influence in tech.
Agile Yorkshire is thrilled to have our own successful women in tech, including Rebecca Dainton, Agile Coach at Poker Stars and Penelope Hindle, Senior Software Engineer at Code First Girls to present. Promoting women in tech is vital to fostering diversity and innovation, and the event is a great opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and be inspired by their journeys.
