Programme

Building a Culture Where Technology Teams Thrive (and Actually Deliver)
Why do some tech teams feel energised and productive, while others feel trapped in an endless cycle of chaos? I’ll share real-world stories and how I used practical strategies for cleaning up processes, energising teams, and consistently delivering real value, all by focusing on creating an environment where people can do their best work.

Matthew Carr
Matthew Carr - The Agility Guy - much like Gordon Ramsay stepping into a “Kitchen Nightmare”, I’ve spent the last 25 years transforming struggling environments. In my case, though, they’re technology teams and organisations rather than restaurants. I’ve worked across a range of industries - from private equity and retail to wholesale, health and fitness, and tech - guiding teams from five-person start-ups all the way up to global teams of 180.
Strategy Is Hard. But Easier Than You Think.
Product Managers are often quite poor at strategy. People also complain quite a lot about Product Managers being poor at strategy. Bizarrely, product strategy should be the one thing every Product Manager excels at. Are we making this more complicated than it really is?
