This workshop focuses on the theory and principles that underpin Scrum and why they matter in complex, real world environments. Rather than relying on slides, the course is highly interactive and discussion based, connecting theory directly to practice through exercises, case studies, and facilitated conversations.
Whether you are new to Scrum or already working in an Agile environment, this course will help you develop a deeper understanding of what Scrum is and what it is not, and how to apply it effectively within your organisation.

Trainer The course is delivered by Steve Trapps, Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum Facilitators and Scrum.org, with extensive experience supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and Leaders to apply Scrum effectively in real organisational contexts.
