Agile Yorkshire is a monthly gathering of IT professionals from in and around Yorkshire. It has met every month since 2007 to discuss Agile software development methods and extreme programming, plus a host of other IT issues.

Agile Yorkshire's monthly gatherings provide a platform for local practitioners to network, learn from each other and listen to some of the IT industries highest profile speakers.

Bernard Jauregui discusses various "agile smells" he's identified while working on different agile projects, particularly in larger organizations. These "smells" indicate issues within agile processes, such as developers avoiding code commits due to fear of breaking the build, secretive code practices, premature releases to production, manual interventions in CI/CD pipelines, and testers causing delays in deployments.
