Agile Yorkshire is a monthly gathering of IT professionals from in and around Yorkshire. It has met every month since 2007 to discuss Agile software development methods and extreme programming, plus a host of other IT issues.

Agile Yorkshire's monthly gatherings provide a platform for local practitioners to network, learn from each other and listen to some of the IT industries highest profile speakers.

The concepts of creating business value and the speed at which that happens within an organisation is what the agile movement has been focused on since its inception.

He explains that MVP is about building the smallest version of a product to validate a hypothesis. It’s not clear why this roll is so misunderstood but the effectiveness of the Product Owner has a direct influence on the prevailing risks and the flow of produced value.
