Agile Yorkshire is a monthly gathering of IT professionals from in and around Yorkshire. It has met every month since 2007 to discuss Agile software development methods and extreme programming, plus a host of other IT issues.

Agile Yorkshire's monthly gatherings provide a platform for local practitioners to network, learn from each other and listen to some of the IT industries highest profile speakers.

The Agile Fluency Model has been around since 2012 and attempts to chart an organisations transition towards a more adaptive and lean way or working.

It takes management bravery or what some might call good old traditional leadership. He explains that MVP is about building the smallest version of a product to validate a hypothesis. However, Gary highlights a common misconception: that MVP often turns into a negotiation of features rather than an iterative, hypothesis-driven process. He warns against using MVP as a way to fit in more features or launching a single MVP that neglects continuous learning.
